LinkedIn Insight Tag helps us measure visits, conversions, and advertising performance and may enable LinkedIn to provide aggregated audience and campaign insights. Squarespace Email Campaigns may also provide campaign analytics, such as delivery, opens, clicks, and subscriptions.

Email technologies, such as tracking links or pixels, that help measure delivery, opens, clicks, and subscriptions.
Google Analytics and LinkedIn Insight Tag do not provide DHx Consulting LLC with a direct list of individual website visitors. Reports are generally presented as aggregated or pseudonymous analytics, although the providers may process identifiers and other data under their own terms and privacy policies.
You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser and, when available, the website cookie banner. You may also use privacy controls offered by Google and LinkedIn. Blocking or declining some cookies may affect measurement or website features. Third-party services may set or access cookies and process information under their own privacy policies.

We use that information to evaluate, administer, and perform the requested services, manage the client relationship, comply with legal and financial obligations, and enforce agreements.
A nondisclosure agreement, consulting agreement, proposal, Statement of Work, or other written agreement may impose additional confidentiality, security, use, retention, or disclosure requirements. That agreement will control to the extent it conflicts with this general Privacy Policy.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain business and financial records, comply with legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. We also rely on established service providers for website hosting, email, scheduling, and payment processing. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Please do not send highly sensitive information through an ordinary contact form or unencrypted email unless we have agreed on an appropriate transmission method.
11. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may request that we provide access to, correct, or delete personal information you have submitted, or ask questions about our handling of that information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and withdrawal is legally available.
