“I had the opportunity to work with Denine on defining and strengthening our brand strategy. Her impact was significant. Beyond that, she consistently introduced innovative ideas to drive growth, improve customer engagement, and uncover new market opportunities.

Her ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution made her a valuable partner throughout the process. What stood out most was her collaborative style, creativity, and deep understanding of how brand strategy connects to business performance. I would highly recommend her to any organization looking to elevate their brand and accelerate growth.”

— Uday Mathur, General Manager, Pella Corporation

“We're investing everywhere, but growth isn't showing up where it should.”

If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

Leadership teams don't lack ambition, talent, or resources. They're making consequential growth decisions without a clear view of the market signals, customer behavior, and channel dynamics shaping their future.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

  • Growth is slowing, but nobody can agree why

  • Everyone is busy, but results don’t match the effort

  • Competitors seem to be seeing something you’re missing

  • Every initiative seems important so nothing gets focus

  • Lots of data, very little clarity

The leaders who consistently outperform see what others miss and make better bets.

WHEN LEADERS GET CLARITY,
EVERYTHING CHANGES

Here's the good news. When leaders identify the signals that matter, align around the right priorities, and make decisions with conviction, everything changes.

You walk into board meetings with a clear answer instead of a working theory.

Decisions that took 3 weeks now take 3 days because your team is working from the same picture.

Growth becomes more intentional.

And instead of reacting to uncertainty, you're leading through it.

THE REALITY

MOST GROWTH PROBLEMS ARE
DECISION PROBLEMS

BETTER BETS Start With A Better Process.

SCV Framework: Signal - See What's Happening, Choice - Decide What Matters, Value - Create Measurable Value.

Uncover the market shifts, customer behavior, channel dynamics, and commercial constraints that others overlook.

Prioritize the few decisions and investments that create disproportionate impact. Strategy is deciding what not to do.

Align leadership, investment, and execution around the opportunities that grow. Create measurable revenue, EBITDA, market share, and enterprise value.

SEE HOW I WORK →

Most strategy delivers decks. Mine delivers decisions.

I've sat inside these companies, not consulted from a distance.

For more than 20 years I've helped organizations including PGT, Sherwin-Williams, Harley-Davidson, T-Mobile, Eaton, and Pella identify growth opportunities, navigate change, and make consequential commercial decisions.

I led the 2023 repositioning and rebrand of PGT that drove 28% revenue growth. I built a market expansion system that took a T-Mobile brand into 22 new markets in two years. I made the case for women as Harley-Davidson's overlooked growth audience, helping reverse a 37% share decline and lift sales 11%. The patterns repeat. I've seen them before.

“There are several skills that make a good strategist brilliant. However, most of them don't win the popularity contests. Insightful, able to see the bigger picture, knowledge of methodologies and approach, able to tease out the diamonds from any form of testing... none of those ruffle the feathers. A good strategist can do all that - online or off - or connect the two. Denine is certainly a good strategist by that definition.

What makes her brilliant is the additive component of compassion and clarity when it comes to making recommendations about a client's business. Clarity in terms of what will actually drive the bottom line of a client's business. Strategist have the wonderful job of telling you either what you need to hear to create something of value or of participating in the entire process and helping evaluate the value of what is being produced. Going beyond 'is it on brief' to will it make a difference is the attitude that Denine comes to work with every day.

There are plenty of good strategists out there. If you are ready for a great strategist, sit down with Denine. And listen.”

— Jamie Anderson, Head of Design, Acquisition CX, GIECO

Not sure where growth is hiding? That's the work.

A 15-minute call is enough to tell you whether this is a clarity problem, a priority problem, or an execution problem. No pitch. Just signal.
